Exhibitor FAQ's

What's included in my booth?

Each 10x10 exhibitor booth includes a 6-ft skirted table, 2 chairs, piping & drape, ID sign, and a wastebasket.

How do I get wristbands for my staff?

We provide up to 6 staff wristbands and they are available during load-in at The Yoga Expo Information Booth.

What is the due date for the final payment?

Final payment is due 30 days prior to move in

How many tickets does each booth get?

We offer 30 FREE tickets per booth purchase!

Range of attendees?

We have historically hosted between 8,000-12,000 attendees per event.

What type of marketing do you use?

Including but not limited to the following: social marketing including (Facebook & Instagram), PR firm, and digital marketing campaigns per city.

Is electricity extra?

Electricity is extra (provided by convention center) and ranges between $80-$110 per outlet

F&B sampling?

Is permitted although additional fees may apply per city as per local health permitting guidelines.
