Shay Kostabi is an Experience Architect and Master Trainer known for helping boutique studios build classes people feel, remember, and return for. Over the past fifteen years, she has developed brand playbooks, class formats, and instructor training systems that make studios more consistent, scalable, and founder-independent. Shay teaches instructors how to craft immersive, emotionally intelligent class experiences through music, flow states, and authentic leadership, empowering studios to grow through loyalty and retention instead of trends and churn.

Dr. Christopher Key Chapple

About:
Christopher Key Chapple is the Doshi Professor of Indic and Comparative Theology and the founding Director of the Master of Arts in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he has taught since 1985. He has published more than twenty books on Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Yoga, and religion and ecology. Dr. Chapple earned his B.A. from Stony Brook University and his M.A. and Ph.D. from Fordham University in the History of Religions, with a focus on Buddhism, Vedanta, and Yoga. He is a featured teacher on YogaGlo and serves on several national and international advisory boards related to religion, ecology, and South Asian studies. His teaching emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and spirit through both scholarly study and lived Yoga practice.

Aylin Pashaian
About:
Aylin is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, meditator, and yogi devoted to movement, presence, and community. Her spiritual journey began at the age of seven through dance, a practice that has shaped her path as both a teacher and a lifelong student.
After moving to Venice Beach in 2021, she brought her offerings to the shoreline, founding a beach yoga practice rooted in connection, joy, and embodied awareness called ‘Westside Yogis’. Since then, she has collaborated with brands and institutions such as soho house, adidas, lululemon, Fabletics, and others, and has served as a long-term teacher at spaces including Proper Hotels in Santa Monica and Downtown LA, Hotel June, and the Venice V Hotel—supporting their wellness and fitness programs.
Today, Aylin focuses on private clients, teaches at a recovery center in Malibu & venice, organizes intimate gatherings, and community-centered experiences. From moon circles and run-and-yoga groups to monthly potlucks at her Venice Beach home, her work is an invitation to slow down, move together, and remember the power of shared space.
At the heart of all she creates is a love for human connection—holding space, building community, and leading with curiosity, compassion, and devotion to the practice.
